How do I get more information or ask for a quote?

You can simply fill in our enquiry form via the website or via email. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24hours (working days only).

To guarantee your quotation and holiday booking we are able to send confirmation to an email address or also to a postal address, however please think of our environment.

All our transactions are carried out in Euros, so depending on you country you can either make a bank transfer to our account:

Alternatively we accept international credit cards Visa, American Express or MasterCard, along with Carte Bleue in France.
We also accept cheques within France.
Your reservation will not be valid until we have received the reservation deposit of 30%*.

If the customer enquires transfer fees, they are at the charge of the customer.

Balance: Your personal dossier must be paid in total at latest one month before your departure.

Important:

All reservations made less than one month before the date of departure must be paid in full when reserving. Payment is only taken directly by bank transfer or authorisation to debit either a credit or debit card.

Administration fee:

Our service fees are charged at 10€ per person for each reservation made. We limit these charges to the first 3 people of any given group. Maximum service charge 30€ per reservation.

For all voyages leaving 15 days or less from the date of reservation we are obliged to charge 40€ administration fee, notably for such costs as courier mailing of plane tickets etc.

* Reservations which involve non-reimbursable flight tickets will require the full payment of the flight and a 30% deposit of the remaining price.
